Inside the Four Toed Statue - (Early Morning) Locke kills Bram and his three companions while leaving Ben unmolested.  Locke exits the Four Toed Statue and knocks Richard out before carrying him into the jungle.

Assumed- Off Camera- Main Island - (Morning) Locke travels as the smoke monster to the Island's submarine dock. He then assumes Locke's identity and uses the remaining brown outrigger to travel to Hydra Island.

Jungle near Swan - ( Early Morning) Jack, Kate, Jin, Hurley take Sayid to the temple while Sawyer and Miles stay behind to bury Juliet. After burying Juliet, Miles is able to commune with her corpse. Miles tells Sawyer “It worked”.  Sawyer and Miles are then ambushed and taken hostage by the Others and forced to hike to the temple.

Jungle/Beach - (Morning/Day) Ilana, Ben, Sun, and Frank travel from the Four Toed Statue to the Lostie's beach camp cemetery to bury the body of the true John Locke. Ben eulogizes Locke and apologizes for killing him. It is assumed the group spends the night at the beach camp prior to traveling on to the sanctuary of the temple the next morning.
“The Substitute” – 06x04

Temple - (Morning) At the temple the group meets the leader, Dogan. Dogan reads a message from Jacob, given him by Hurley. The message reads: If Sayid dies, we are all in a lot of trouble. He tries to save Sayid, but Sayid dies. Hurley reveals to Dogan that Jacob is dead. Upon learning this, the temple goes into a lock-down, firing off a large flair to warn the island that Jacob is dead.  To the surprise of the Others and the Losties, Sayid regains consciousness after being dead for two hours.

Temple - (Morning) Sawyer leaves the temple by using a stolen gun.  Kate, Jin and two Others (Aldo, Justin) attempt to follow him. Kate and Jin separate themselves from the Others, and Kate continues her quest to locate Sawyer while Jin attempts to find Sun.

Temple - (Day) Sayid is tortured and Dogan attempts to have Jack poison him.  Dogan tells Jack that Sayid is infected with an evil.  Jack refuses to kill Sayid.

Barracks - (Day) Kate finds Sawyer at the barracks. She follows/travels with Sawyer to the submarine pier where Sawyer throws the ring he was planning on using to propose to Juliet into the water. Kate follows/travels back to the barracks with Sawyer.
Assumption- Kate spends the night at the Barracks before traveling onto the temple the next morning.

Assumed- Off Camera- Hydra Island - (Day/night) Locke arrives on the island via the brown outrigger. Locke then questions the remaining passengers before becoming the Smoke Monster and Killing them all. The monster then travels to Hydra's beach and assumes Lockes's identity. Locke then uses the available red outrigger (leaving the brown outrigger on Hydra) to travel back to the main Island. Locke moors the red outrigger close to where his camp will be. Sawyer will use it to access Hydra for his reconnaissance mission when Widmore arrives (How did Locke know Widmore was coming?)

Jungle - (Morning) Ilana, Ben, Sun, and Frank travel to the sanctuary of the temple from the beach camp cemetery.

Assumed- Off Camera - Barracks - (Morning)- Kate leaves barracks searching for Claire on her way back to the Temple.

Main Island - (Morning) The smoke monster (presumably returning from Hydra) scours the Island looking for candidates.  He finds Sawyer at the barracks blasting loud music and drinking heavily.

Jungle – (Morning) Richard (after spending a day in a snare trap) is asked by Locke to join him.  Richard refuses and is let free by Locke, but not prior to Locke seeing a young Jacob with blood covered hands (Richard does not see Jacob).

Claire's Hut - (Morning) Jin is caught in a bear trap set by Claire.   Claire arrives and kills Aldo (Other) and takes Jina and Justin back to her Hut.

Barracks -(Morning) -Locke meets Sawyer at the barracks and convinces Sawyer to travel with him under the pretense of explaining to Sawyer why he was brought to the island. During their travel, Locke sees a young Jacob again, and chases him, leaving Sawyer alone it the jungle. The boy tells Locke "You know the rules.  You can't kill him."
While alone in the jungle, Richard appears and tries to convince Sawyer to abandon Locke and come with him to the Temple. Sawyer declines, but does not tell Locke of the encounter when Locke returns. Locke seems not to have a memory the young Jacob, whom he just encountered.
“The Substitute” – 06x04

Cliff Side Cave - (Day)- Sawyer and the Locke travel onto a Cliff-side cave that has names written on the wall/ceiling.  The names are those of people who are candidates to replace Jacob. Sawyer agrees with Locke to join him on a quest to leave the island.  They leave the cave and travel toward
“The Substitute” – 06x04

Temple - (Day) Within the temple, Hurley encounters Jacob. Jacob writes directions on Hurley's forearm for Hurley and Jack to travel to the Lighthouse. They pass the cave that contained Adam and Eve and Christian Shephard's coffin.  The reach the Lighthouse, where Jack is upset as it appears his whole life was being monitored by Jacob. Jacob explains to Hurley that it was important the he and Jack needed to distance themselves from the temple, as someone bad was approaching it.

Cklair's Hut- (Day) Clair kills Justin with an axe blow to his abdomen after attending to Jin's wound.   Locke appears at Clair's hut with Sawyer.  Clair tells Jin that it isn't Locke but is her friend.  Locke and Claire travel to the boundary of the temple. Claire enters the temple and reveals Locke is waiting outside.  Claire is put in a solitary hole by Dogan until he can deal with the Locke situation.
“What Kate Does”- 06x03

Temple -(Day)- Togan tells Sayid that Sayid is balanced toward evil and would be better dead. They fight, but Togan does not kill Sayid, but tells him he is banished from the temple. Sayid is given a sword by Dogan to kill Locke. Sayid leaves the temple to kill Locke. Sayid plunges the sword into its chest without effect.  Locke convinces Sayid, using the prospect of resurrecting Nadia, to return to the temple and tell the people if they don't join him by sundown, they will be killed.

Temple - (Night) Kate returns to the temple and talks with Claire. Kate explains to Claire that she has Aaron, not the Others.

Temple - (Night ) The Others leave the temple in droves, heading Sayid's warning. Sayid kills Dogan, allowing /Locke into the temple. Locke then slaughters the balance of people inside the temple, and Kate, Sayid and Claire join Locke's ranks.
Ben, Ilana, Frank, Sun, and Miles arrive and enter at the temple during Locke's killing spree.  They are able to escape the wrath of Locke by exiting the temple through a secret passage.  Miles tells Sun that Jin is alive.
“Sundown”-06x06

Jungle- (Night) As Ben, Ilana, Frank, Sun, and Miles travel toward the beach camp, Miles uses the ashes of Jacob that Ilana kept, and reveals to Ilana that Ben actually killed Jacob.

Locke’s group- Clair’s Lair (Morning)- Sawyer and Jin wake and are greeted by approx. 20 people who chose to follow Locke rather then die at the temple. Locke addresses the group and claims the black smoke killed the people who choose to remain at the temple. The group leaves Clair’s lair and travel into the jungle until they find a clearing and make camp that is to last for a couple of days.

Ilana’s group- Beach camp (Morning)- The group (Ilana, Ben, Frank, Sun, and Miles) arrive at the beach camp from the Temple. Ilana forces Ben to dig his own grave at gunpoint because he killed Jacob. Locke travels across the island as the Smoke Monster and arrives at the beach as such (smoke monster sounds are heard prior to Locke appearing). Locke appears to Ben and attempts to coerce Ben to join his ranks. Locke somehow frees Ben of his shackles and Ben attempts to escape, but relents after Ilana forgives him for killing Jacob. Ben rejoins the Ilana’s group.

Jungle-Near Lighthouse (Morning)- Jack and Hurley’s morning camp- Jack and Hurley are leaving the lighthouse area and are about to travel to the Temple when Richard appears and offers to lead them to the Temple by shortcut. Richard actually leads them to the Blackrock instead, as he tells Jack and Hugo he just came from the Temple and everyone was dead, although he didn’t see any bodies of their friends.

Beach camp (Day)- Jack, Richard, and Hugo join Ilana’s group at the beach camp after their trip to the Blackrock.  A submarine off the coast spies Ilana’s group at the beach camp (by periscope) but proceeds as planned per the submarine’s captain, Charles Widmore.

Main Island – East Coast (Day)- Locke takes Sawyer to an outrigger on the coast, not far from his camp, and asks Sawyer to go to Hydra Island to do reconnaissance on Hydra, as Locke is concerned that some passengers of Ajira 316 mean them harm.

Blackrock (Day) - Richard tries unsuccessfully to commit suicide at Jack’s hand. After he realizes attempting suicide is fruitless, Richard, Jack and Hugo travel to the beach camp.

Hydra Island (Day)- Sawyer uses the outrigger and lands on Hydra. Sawyer finds a pile of approximately 25 bodies that don’t show any obvious signs of trauma or bloodshed.  Sawyer chases a woman who claims to be the sole survivor of Ajira 316. She (Zoe) actually works for Charles Whitmore and takes Sawyer to meet with Charles Whitmore aboard his submarine.  Sawyer and Whitmore agree that for Sawyer telling Locke the coast is clear and walking into a trap, Sawyer and his group will get passage off of the island.
Sawyer leaves Hydra via the outrigger.

Main Island – East Coast (Day) –Locke and Kate sit on the beach, not far from Locke’s camp, looking out on Hydra Island.  Locke has heart to heart talk with Kate concerning Locke’s crazy mother and Aaron’s crazy mother (Claire)

Main Island – East Coast (Day)– Sawyer returns from Hydra and Locke feigns shock and disgust upon learning of the dead bodies on Hydra.  Sawyer tells Locke what he told Charles Whitmore and tells Locke that Wilmore’s trap won’t work after Locke changes his plan of attack.

Ilana’s group-Beach Camp (Evening)- Evening Hugo talks to a vision of Isabella in Spanish. Richard leaves the Beach camp convinced the Island is really Hell. He leaves for Isabella’s buried crucifix.

Locke’s group- Camp (Night)- Sawyer tells Kate they will use the submarine to escape the island while everyone else is fighting. Locke tells Sayid he has an errand and will return in the morning. Locke leaves for the Beach camp to recruit Sun. While Locke is gone, Whitmore’s team attacks the camp and takes Jin hostage. Jin is taken back to Hydra Island and kept prisoner in room 23.

Stone Bench- (Morning) - Richard unearths the crucifix he buried beneath the bench 140 years ago. Richard yells, “I’ve changed my mind!”  He is calling out to Locke.

Hurley had followed Richard from the beach camp to the Stone Bench. Hurley sees Richard’s wife, Isabella, next to Richard.  She tells Richard to stop Locke because if he doesn’t, we will all go to hell.

Beach Camp- (Morning) Locke appears and tries to convince Sun to go with him. Sun runs away from Locke, falls down, and suffers the inability to speak English. Locke returns to his camp.

Locke’s Camp- (Day) Locke and Sayid leave for Hydra Island via the outrigger at the beach ostensibly to get Jin back.  Sawyer asks Locke “What do you need a boat for?  Can’t you just turn into Smoke and fly your ass over?”  Locke responds, “Do you think if I could do that I would still be on this Island?”

Beach Camp-(Day) Richard and Hurley return from the Stone Bench.  Richard wants to go to Hydra and blow up the plane.

Beach Camp- (Day) Ilana leaves the beach camp to get dynamite from the Blackrock and returns to the beach camp. Ilana places her sack of dynamite down and it blows up, killing her.
“Everybody Loves Hugo”-06x12

Beach Camp- (Day) Hurly sees a vision of Michael (dead).  Michael tells Hurley that going across the island to blow up the plane will kill a lot of people, and it will be Hurley’s fault because people are listening to him now.

Hydra Island- (Day) Locke lands alone at the beach and confronts Charles Widmore about Jin’s kidnapping. Jin is held hostage in room 23 by Widmore’s team.  Inside room 23, Zoe asks Jin about a map depicting pockets of Electromagnetism. 

Charles Widmore tells Locke he doesn’t know anything about Jin or his kidnapping.. Locke says “ A smart man once said war was coming to this island.  I think it just got here.”

Jungle –(Day) The beach camp group (Miles, Jack, Hurley, Frank, Richard, Ben, and Sun) leave the beach camp and travel toward the Blackrock to procure enough dynamite to blow up the Ajira Jet in hopes of preventing Locke from leaving the island.

Hydra Island- (Day) Charles Widmore shows Jin is shown pictures of his child from Sun’s camera found in the fuselage of the Ajira Jetliner.  Widmore promises to reunite Sun and Jin and get them off of the island.

Locke’s Camp- (Day) Locke returns from Hydra Island without Jin or Sayid.

Blackrock –(Day) Miles, Jack, Hurley, Frank, Richard, Ben, and Sun arrive at the Blackrock.  Richard realizes that Hurley is missing.  Hurley runs away from the Blackrock telling everyone to get away just as the Blackrock explodes.  Richard is incredulous after Hurley tells him Jacob said they should talk to Locke.  The group splinter into two- one with Richard, Ben, and Miles traveling toward the barracks for explosives to destroy the Ajira Jet, and the other with Hurley leading Jack, Sun, and Miles towards Locke’s camp.

“Everybody Loves Hugo”-06x12

Hydra Island- (Night) Desmond had been kidnapped from his hospital room in Los Angeles and secreted to Hydra Island via a submarine.  Desmond is furious at Charles Widmore for bringing him back to the island. Desmond is taken to a room with large generators and placed between them and exposed to an enormous douse of Electromagnetic energy.  Desmond’s mind travels to an alternate time and place before he regains consciences.  After this exposure, Desmond becomes very compliant and agreeable with Charles Widmore.  He also spontaneously seemed to realize the perils facing the island.

“Happily Ever After”-06x11

Hydra Island- (Night) Zoe and two men are escorting Desmond back to the submarine from his high exposure to Electromagnetic Energy, when Sayid ambushes them, kills the two men, and takes Desmond with him back to the main island and ties him to a tree. Sayid lets Zoe live.

Locke’s camp- (Morning)- Locke tells the group they are waiting for Hurley, Sun, and Jack. Sayid approaches the camp from his trip to Hydra the night before.

Locke’s camp- (Morning)-Sayid and Locke travel alone to where Sayid has secured Desmond, tied to a tree.  Sayid then leaves Locke with Desmond and returns to the group.

Main Island - Jungle- (Day) Richard, Miles, and Ben are traveling toward the barracks to procure C4 to blow up the Ajira.

Large tree close to Locke’s camp– (Day) Desmond is tied to a tree and tells Locke that Charles Widmore exposed him to a massive dose of electromagnetic energy. Locke unties Desmond and they travel into the jungle.

Desmond’s Well- (Night) Locke takes take Desmond to a well (a couple of miles north of his camp). On the way there they see a young Jacob who smiles and runs away. Locke throws Desmond into the well and goes back to his camp, thinking Desmond is unable to escape from the well.

Main Island - Jungle- (Night) Hurley is leading Jack, Sun, and Frank towards Locke’s camp.  Hurley does not know where Locke's camp is and is leading the group without direction.  The whispers sound approach and Hurley meets Michael again. Michael tells Hurley that Michael is stuck on the island because of what he did. Michael tells Hurley the whispers are dead people who haven’t been able to move on from the island.  Michael points out Locke's group to Hurley. Hurley and his group approach and enter Locke's camp.

Locke’s Camp– (Night) Locke returns from dealing with Desmond.
Hurley and his group approach and enter Locke’s camp.   Locke and Jack walk off alone into the jungle to have a private conversation.

Jungle close to Locke’s camp- (Night) Locke tells Jack he chose to appear as John Locke and they have the following conversation alone:
Jack: You Look just like him.
Locke: Does it bother you?
Jack: No, what bothers me is I don't have any idea what the hell you are.
Locke: Sure you do.
Jack: Why John Locke?
Locke: Because he was stupid enough to believe that he'd been brought here for a reason. Because he pursued that belief until it got him killed. And because you were kind enough to bring his body back here in a nice wooden box.
Jack: He had to be dead before you could look like him

Jungle close to Locke’s camp- (Night) Claire approaches Jack and Locke. Locke leaves the two alone to talk, as Claire is Jack’s sister. Claire tells Jack that it was Locke who pretended to be Christian Shepard when he first arrive on the island. Jack reiterates to Claire that he hasn’t decided to join Locke’s group.

Main Island - Jungle- (Night) Richard, Miles, and Ben continue traveling toward the barracks.

Locke’s camp- (Morning) Locke, Jack, and Claire rejoin Locke’s group after talking amongst them selves in the jungle about Christian Shepard.“

Locke’s camp- (Morning) Zoe appears in Locke’s camp and confronts Locke.  Zoe tells Locke that Charles Widmore demands Desmond back. When Locke’s says he doesn’t know what she is talking about, Zoe directs a mortar round (by radio) to explode at the periphery of the camp. She warns Locke that if Desmond isn’t returned by nightfall, the next round of mortars won’t miss.

“The Last Recruit”-06x13

Locke’s camp- (Day) Locke tells the group they are going to Hydra and getting on the plane. He then gives Sawyer and Kate a map to the Elizabeth, moored a couple of hours south, along the beach. Locke plans to use the Elizabeth to ferry everyone over to Hydra together and storm the plane and then use it take off from the island.

Jungle- (Day) Sawyer and Kate travel toward the Elizabeth.  Sawyer plans to double-cross Locke and use the Elizabeth to secretly ferry Frank, Hurley, and Sun, Jack and Kate to Hydra and join Widmore’s team and leave the island via the submarine per their earlier agreement. Before Sawyer parts from Locke’s camp with Kate, Sawyer gave Jack Lock’s map and tells Jack to get the rest of the group to meet at a hidden dock.  The hidden dock is south of where Locke expects Sawyer to rendezvous with his camp.

 Jungle- (Day) Jack gets the Frank, Sun, and Hurley to separate from Locke’s group, but Claire secretly follows them. Claire initially holds the group at gunpoint at the hidden dock, but relents and joins the group as they said toward Hydra via the Elizabeth.

Locke’s Camp- (Day) As Locke is leading his group to the anticipated rendezvous point with Sawyer and the Elizabeth, Locke tells Sayid to go to the well where he threw Desmond in and to kill Desmond.  Sayid returns to Locke’s traveling group and tells Locke he killed Desmond, but he is lying.

Main Island-South East Coast- (Day) Sawyer and Kate emerge from the Jungle and locate the Elizabeth anchored just off of the coast.  Sawyer then explains his plans to double cross Locke to Kate. Sawyer also tells Kate that Claire is crazy and she is too risky to include her in his escape plans.

Main Island- South East Coast -Secret Dock- (Day) Sawyer docks the Elizabeth and Jack, Sun, Frank, and Hurley board. Claire emerges from the jungle and initially places the group at gunpoint. Kate is able to convince Claire to join them and disarm her. The group then travel onto Hydra via the Elizabeth.

Channel between Hydra and Main Island –(Day) Sawyer’s group is sailing via the Elizabeth toward Hydra Island.  Jack tells Sawyer he does not want to leave the island and jumps overboard and swims back to the main island.

Hydra Island- (Day) Sawyer, Frank, Hurley, Kate, and Sun reach the beach of Hydra, but are held at gunpoint.  Zoe tells Sawyer the earlier agreement he had with Widmore is void.  The sonic barrier is turned off. Jin and Sun finally reunite. Widmore’s team directs mortars to be fired upon to Locke’s team location on the main island.

Main Island- Beach- (Day) After Jack jumps off of the Elizabeth, Jack swims back to the beach of the main island and tells Locke that Sawyer made off with the Elizabeth.

Mortars start raining down on the beach and the remaining members of Locke’s team are either killed or scatter. Locke pulls Jack to safety

Hydra Island- (Night) Hurley, Kate, Claire, Sun, and Kim are put in the polar bear cages to protect them per Charles Widmore.

“The Candidate”- 06x14

Hydra Island- (Night) Sayid, Locke, and an unconscious Jack arrive at Hydra Island via an outrigger. Sayid turns off the generator that powers the protective sonic barrier and Locke as the smoke monster attacks the area of the cages and kills Widmore’s team. Jack opens the cages holding the group and they run towards the plane, away from the smoke monster.

“The Candidate”- 06x14
